The University of Southampton, one of the top twenty universities in the UK, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with AUA College of Medicine, allowing qualified graduates of select University of Southampton programs to be guaranteed interviews to AUA College of Medicine.
Graduates and third year BSc students majoring in Biomedical Science, Pharmacology, and Biochemistry must have a minimum of a 2:1 or 1st class honours degree. Two half-tuition scholarships to AUA College of Medicine will be offered to qualified University of Southampton graduates who matriculate into the MD program. This scholarship will be available each August and February intake. This agreement also opens the possibility of collaboration between both institutions, including student and faculty exchanges, research opportunities, and shared access to reference materials.
